Low-voltage stimulation makes muscles work as if you were exercising.
Uses energy to help speed up weight loss alongside a diet.
Multiple pads allow different muscle groups to be worked at once.
Adjustable levels mean treatment is set to suit you.

Passive gymnastics, also known as electrotherapy, is based on electrical muscle stimulation. Alongside the muscles we use actively, the body also has muscles that are rarely worked; passive gymnastics helps activate them.
Pads are placed on the target area and a low-voltage current is applied to make the muscles contract. This makes the body use energy as if it were exercising. Because several pads can be used, different areas of the body can be treated at the same time, and adjustable levels allow the treatment to be set to suit each person.
By working the body as if exercising, passive gymnastics increases energy use, helping the metabolism work harder and burn calories. On its own, however, it is not effective for overall weight loss; it is used as a support to dieting. Combined with a suitable nutrition plan prepared under a dietitian's guidance, it can help speed up weight loss.
It is a good option for people who cannot find time for exercise while dieting, or who are unable to exercise because of a physical condition. Treatment is offered as a 15-session package, 3–5 times a week, with each session lasting around 30–35 minutes. Effects usually start to show after the tenth session and depend on metabolic health, activity levels and diet.
Your goals, health and treatment areas are identified.
Pads are placed on the target areas; several can be treated at once.
The intensity is adjusted to the level that suits you best.
A low-voltage current works the muscles for 30–35 minutes.
The 15-session package is completed at 3–5 sessions a week.
