• Identity and contact details (name, phone number, email address),
• Appointment and enquiry details (requested treatment, appointment date, message content),
• Health information you share with us so that a treatment can be carried out safely (special category data),
• Before and after photographs, only with your explicit consent.

3. Purposes

• Receiving and scheduling appointment requests and communicating with you,
• Planning and performing treatments safely and appropriately,
• Meeting legal obligations and protecting our rights in case of disputes,
• Sharing treatment results, only with your explicit consent.

4. Legal grounds and collection

Data is collected through our website, WhatsApp, phone, email and in person at our centre, on the grounds of contract performance, legal obligation and legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2); health data and photographs are processed on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 6).

5. Transfers

Your data may be shared, only for the purposes above and in line with the law, with competent public authorities and with service providers we work with (e.g. communication and hosting providers). Messages you send via WhatsApp are transmitted through that provider's infrastructure.

6. Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction or erasure, object to processing and claim compensation for damages.
